Why this plugin doesn't work with the Viz Walls

I requested code/access to a method to allow the this window to act like the windows and doors in Viz with respect to being able to attach them to walls with automatic booleaning. The following is the response I got:

through some core code that isn't accessible/available to 3rd party
developers.
